Heavy bending and breaking descaling for wire diameters up to 5.5 - 8.0 mm, optionally with combined infeeding device.
Heavy bending and breaking descaling for wire diameters up to 18.0 mm, optionally with combined infeeding device.
Bending and breaking descaling for wire diameters up to 13.5 mm, available in simple design as well as with pneumatic or hydraulic feed of bending rolls.
Depending on the version, the round brushing machine is suitable for wire diameters up to 18.0 mm as well as for pre-drawn wires down to 1.2 mm. Furthermore, it is suitable for both aggressive (by round brushes) and extremely gentle cleaning of wire (by sanding brushes) in continuous operation. An ingenious brush infeed system allows highly efficient operation with high passing speeds and long brush lifetime.
The disc brush unit is suitable for wire diameters from 5.5 mm to 30.0 mm (depending on the model) and is suitable for very efficient cleaning of wire in continuous operation despite its simple design and low investment costs. A well designed brush adjustment system allows a very even wear of all brushes.
The steel wool descaling system has stationary and rotating cleaning sections, which can be operated either selectively or alternately with steel wool or brush pads. This makes the machine a low-cost descaling alternative and is particularly suitable for short drawing machines and slower production speeds, with a focus on low-cost production.
Sander / Grinding Descaler, operationg with two sand belts, suitable for descaling wire in a continuous process by rotating two sanding belts continuously around the wire. Optimal process to achieve highest drawing speeds and drawing die life due to high cleaning quality compared to all other descaling processes. In addition, production costs can be reduced by up to 75% compared to chemical pickling processes, for example.
